18 killed in Russian helicopter crash

18 people were killed in a helicopter crash in north of Krasnoyarsk region, East Siberia, Russian news agency (TASS) said, quoting local emergency services.

The passengers, workers heading to their shift at an oil-pumping station, and three crew members died when the Mi-8 aircraft knocked into the cargo of an adjacent helicopter as both were completing take-off, Federal Air Transport Agency, (Rosaviatsiya) said.
