Ambassador of Switzerland visits Sidon, meets MP Hariri

MP Bahia Hariri met with the Swiss Ambassador to Lebanon, Monika Schmutz Kirgoz, during her visit with a delegation from the Swiss-Lebanese Business Council to the Faculty of Technology at the Lebanese University - Sidon.

After a quick discussion of the general situation, the Swiss Ambassador briefed MP Hariri on the atmosphere of her visit and the accompanying delegation to Sidon city.

"I am very happy to be here in this beautiful and valuable city which plays an important role in promoting Lebanese-Swiss relations in many areas," said the Ambassador, noting that Sidon enjoys a number of features that could contribute to boosting ties in terms of development, trade, economy, university specialties, culture, heritage, etc.
