1st Saudi Platform Launched to Process 5 million Supply, Demand Orders, over next 3-Year

Jeddah, World Application Forum 2018, in Jeddah, has witnessed inauguration of a platform, the first of its kind across the Kingdom, by Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, as he opened the forum and accompanying exhibition, as well.

The platform is based on the management of enterprise resources, in terms of procurement, sales and management of marketing operations, among companies, at a high level of transparency, Mashaal Adnan Balghanim, CEO of the platform said.

"It is expected to run more than 5 million supply and demand orders, over the next three years, he added.

Characterized by being managed by a team of ambitious Saudi experts, it aims to play a key role in the development of the labor market and the Saudi economy

Noteworthy, is that the forum was held under the patronage of Prince Khalid Al Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region, with participation of 132 local and international digital companies.

Such a unique event was organized by Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, represented by the Entrepreneurship Committee, at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, in Jeddah, in order to support and develop local programmers and creators skills, enrich digital innovation and improve local content industry.
