Arab Shield 1 Military Drills Kicked off in Egypt
Cairo, Arab Shield Military Drills 1 Kicked off today, and will continue until November 16, 2018, at Mohammed Najib Military Base in Egypt, with participation of military forces from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the State of Kuwait.
The early stages of training include holding many theoretical and practical lectures to standardize operational concepts, and coordinating joint efforts to implement all planned training tasks.
The training aims to develop joint action between the participating forces, planning and managing training combat operations between various naval, air, land and air defense forces, as well as exchanging expertise gained in the field of combat.
