Four people were killed and injured in an explosion near Russian federal security in the west of the country
BAGHDAD, One person was killed and three others were injured in a blast at a Russian federal security entrance in the west of the country.
"There was an explosion at the entrance of the Russian Federal Security Administration building in the city of Arkhangelsk in western Russia and the reasons will be determined later," the Sputnik Agency quoted the CTC as saying.
For his part, the governor of the city said the blast killed one person and wounded three others were taken to hospital.
