KSA Affirms That Vision 2030 is In Line With ILO’ Goals
New York, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has affirmed that in line with the goals of the International Labour Organization (ILO) for upgrading an appropriate work, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 has kept pace with changing in the structure of the Saudi economy and transforming it into a diversified economy, therefore, the KSA seeks to increase employment rates and reduce the unemployment rate to 7% or less than to provide jobs for a larger number of Saudi youth.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia also promoted women's participation in the labor market and supported employers in the private and non-profit sectors to generate sustainable opportunities and develop the necessary skills of the labor force for the labor market.
This came in the KSA's speech on the occasion of the United Nations celebration of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the International Labor Organization, which was delivered by Deputy Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations Dr. Khalid Al-Manzlawi.
