Royal Commission of Yanbu wins silver medal at International Mathematics Olympiad in Romania

Yanbu, The Royal Commission of Yanbu won the silver medal today at the end of International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) competition 2018 in Romania.

Student Omar Habibullah from the Commission schools won the silver medal after competing with 564 students from 116 countries. His participation has been characterized in achieving the highest scores in the history of the Kingdom's participation in International Mathematics Olympiads since 2004.

The Executive Chairman of the Royal Commission of Yanbu, Dr. Alaa bin Abdullah Nassif, expressed the Royal Commission's pride of talented students of Yanbu industrial schools, praising the high level reached by these innovators confirmed by the advanced results and the prizes they have won in international competitions.
