The / 500/ new tents for displaced people collapse in Al-Ged’ah and Nineveh in the wake of heavy rains

MOSUL, About /500/ tents in the Ged'ah and Madraj have been hit again by rain and torrential floods in Qayara district, south of Mosul.

"The rain caused the drawn of /500/ new tents for the displaced people from the south of Mosul as a result of the rains," the Governor of Mosul, Zuhair al-Araji, told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA).

"The families living in these tents were evacuated to the Mosul city and Hamam al-Alil district, 20 km south of Mosul," Araji said.
