Cloudy Skies and Potential Rainfall Expected in Parts of Saudi Arabia

Jeddah: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies are forecasted today, with a possibility of light rain in the Jazan, Aseer, and Al-Baha regions, as well as the highlands of the Makkah region. Fog is anticipated overnight and in the early morning in these areas and parts of the Eastern Region.

According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 20-38 km/h over the northern and central parts, and southeasterly to southerly at speeds of 20-42 km/h over the southern part. The wave heights are expected to range from a meter to two meters, making the sea conditions calm to choppy.

In the Arabian Gulf, westerly to southwesterly winds at speeds of 10-25 km/h are predicted. The wave heights are expected to be between half a meter to a meter, resulting in relatively calm sea conditions.
