Alaq Discusses With Romanian Ambassador to Iraq The Most Important Future Investment Projects
Baghdad, The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Mahdi Al-Alaq discussed with Romanian Ambassador to Iraq Ayacop Prada, the most important projects that the Romanian Republic wishes to establish in Iraq."
Alaq welcomed, according to a statement of the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers "the participation of Romanian companies, and investment programs and services, expressing full support to facilitate its work throughout Iraq.
For his part, the ambassador stressed the need to create jobs for Romanian companies to participate in the reconstruction of Iraq in the post-Daesh period. He reviewed the various projects that Romania seeks to implement, such as waste management, energy projects, water, technology, land and air transport, in addition to the projects that Baghdad Municipality wants to implement in the capital. "
The Ambassador announced a close visit to the Mayor of Bucharest to Baghdad to hold specialized meetings with the governor and secretary of Baghdad and reaching agreements to harmonize the joint work between the two secretariats and maintain the contribution to develop the level of services for the capital Baghdad.
