Russia: Implementation Of The Supply Contract _S-400_ For Turkey Begins Next Year

BAGHDAD, Russia has announced the delivery of the S-400 missile defense system to Turkey next year

According to "Sputnik" Russian company Ross Auburn Express announced that Russia begins implementation of the supply contract "S-400" to Turkey in 2019.

Sputnik quoted the head of the company that, the contract for the supply of K-52 helicopters to Egypt will be signed immediately after negotiations with Russian manufacturers on the completion of the installation of the Mestral helicopter carriers.

He added: "Russia aspires to occupy the first place in the global export of weapons, including at the expense of the tank" Armata ".

He said: "The service center for the repair and maintenance of helicopters in Venezuela begins work this year."

Russia and Turkey signed in December 2017 an agreement on a loan for the supply of S-400 air defense systems.

According to a statement issued by the Turkish Defense Industry Secretariat, Ankara will buy two batteries from this air system, which will be served by Turkish officials. The two sides also reached an agreement on technological cooperation in this field to develop the production of missile defense systems in Turkey.
