Under patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques: National Center for Archives and Records to Hold its First Conference
Riyadh, Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, will open on Sunday 19/7/1440 AH, at Intercontinental Hotel in Riyadh, the International Conference of the National Center for Archives and Records, in the presence of a number of international and Arab personalities and a number of heads of archives in Arab countries.
The three-day conference will deal with more than 60 scientific papers to be presented by researchers and specialists from the Kingdom and from various Arab countries, in addition to a number of participations from Australia and the United States of America.
A number of workshops and an accompanying exhibition with the participation of government agencies and specialized private companies will also be held on the sidelines of the Conference.
It is worth mentioning that the Conference is the first of its kind in the Kingdom and the Middle East, and focuses on archiving, documents and related issues.
