Jeddah: General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) Governor Abdulaziz bin Hassan Al-Boug led a delegation to the Republic of Singapore to meet with several government officials and leaders of institutions related to pensions and social insurance. The visit aimed to exchange expertise and explore leading international practices in social-insurance and pension systems.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the delegation sought to learn about the latest technologies and innovations in the public sector, customer-focused service models, and advanced applications of artificial intelligence and data in insurance protection. The meetings focused on enhancing partnership opportunities that could contribute to promoting sustainability, efficiency, and inclusiveness in delivering services to clients.
The visit is part of GOSI’s strategic direction towards engaging with international actors and exploring advanced models that contribute to the development of the insurance system in the Kingdom. This effort aligns with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to improve the overall efficiency and sustainability of social insurance services.
