HM King congratulates Chadian president

Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to President Idriss Deby of Chad on his country's National Day.

HM the King extended sincerest congratulations to President Deby, wishing him abundant health and happiness and his people further progress and prosperity.
