HRH Premier receives HRH Crown Prince

Manama, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at Gudaibiya Palace today His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier. They stressed that concerted efforts and joint work by all government bodies to overcome challenges have become the need of the hour amid regional economic issues.

They underlined the government's keenness to adopt economic initiatives aimed at achieving financial balance and ensuring continuous and fast-paced economic growth so as to meet the aspirations of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

HRH the Premier and HRH the Crown Prince affirmed keenness on periodic review and evaluation of policies and initiatives to ensure they are in tune with the current requirements to overcome challenges. They pointed out the government's focused efforts on raising revenues from non-oil sectors by backing industry, construction and tourism programmes.
