Ibrahim, Russian delegation tackle refugee dossier

General Security chief Abbas Ibrahim welcomed on Wednesday at his office a Russian delegation, led by Russian Acting Military Attache Colonel, Denis Khitryy, with talks reportedly touching on the general situation in Lebanon.

Talks largely centered on the displaced Syrians’ dossier in light of the recent Russian initiative in this regard.
