Khalil, Lazzarini tackle developments, international interest in economic and financial stability

Caretaker Minister of Finance, Ali Hassan Khalil, met on Monday with the Deputy Special Coordinator of the United Nations in Lebanon, Philippe Lazzarini, with talks touching on the latest developments and the extent of the international interest, as well as the Lebanese, in the economic and financial stability in Lebanon.

The pair stressed the need to accelerate the formation of the new government so that Lebanon can benefit from the international climate generated after the Cedre Conference, so that Lebanon does not lose the opportunities provided by this conference both in terms of investment and infrastructure services, or in activating the economy in all its sectors.
