Foreign Minister: Ministry Follows Up on All Nationals in New Zealand
Riyadh, Foreign Minister Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf said that as the tragic terrorist incident happened in Christchurch, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs immediately began to follow up the incident in a continuous work by the Kingdom's embassy in New Zealand to find out about the latest health conditions of Saudi nationals casualties, as one of them is recovering, while the other passed away yesterday, in addition to following up the affairs of all Saudi nationals in New Zealand to ensure their safety and security, in cooperation with the competent authorities in New Zealand.
The minister said that this action comes as an implementation of directives and follow-up of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH the Crown Prince.
The Foreign Minister added that this horrific terrorist act requires all to continue their efforts to fight the hate speech and confront all causes of violence and terrorism.
