KSrelief launches “Improving Living Standards” project in Syria

Syria, 175,168 persons benefited from the support of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre for Agricultural Projects in the North of Syria.

As part of the Improving the Living and Empowering the Community project, KSrelief distributed cooking gas cylinders and diesel fuel for the operation of irrigation pumps in the first half of October.

The centre distributed 41,800 liters of diesel on 4,180 acres which benefiting 167,938 individuals directly in the towns of Mare, Khalidiya, Mahmidiyah, Haraz River, and Kafr Al-Ward, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

In the city of Bab and the town of Kassin in the countryside of northern Aleppo, the centre distributed 1,500 gas cylinders for cooking during the first half of October, benefiting 7,230 individuals directly.

Through this project, the centre seeks to improve the standard of living of Syrian and empower the community through support for families to live in dignity by providing the means to work in agriculture and agricultural production.
