Media Ministers of Member States of Coalition for Supporting the Legitimacy in Yemen hold a meeting in Jeddah 3

Dr. Al-Awwad pointed out that the meeting aims to review the media efforts of the coalition countries during the past period and the extent of achieving its goals, and enhance efforts of media cooperation, address anti-coalition media and coordinate efforts to address it, and reveal its agenda.

"You are aware of what the hostile media stations to the coalition countries and the legitimate government in Yemen are doing to falsify, deceive, fabricate stories, propagate rumors, broadcast distorted information, influence minds, and emotions, and downgrade Yemeni army and coalition forces success in diplomatic and in various fields.

He added: "In the face of this misleading media, we urgently need to intensify efforts to expose the crimes of the Iranian-backed Houthi militias against the Yemeni people and its inhuman practices, immoral and criminal behavior through our various media means and joint coordination between us to unite the media discourse of the Coalition and the delivery of media messages that highlight the achievements of the Yemeni National Army and the efforts of the coalition forces in the humanitarian, political and military aspects to uncover and expose the counterfeiting by the Iranian-backed Houthi militias in their coverage of military battles in Yemen and broadcasted by some regional and international media, which will be misleading to the audience,."

The Minister of Media said: "Our Media has today a fundamental role and a great responsibility in clarifying the facts and uncovering the circumstances and suspicions raised by our enemies and conveying the truth with transparency and professionalism. This requires our continuous coordination to provide the necessary media support for the military, political and humanitarian efforts in Yemen. Our meeting today come to meet these requirements, achieve our common goals and aspirations of our peoples,.
