Riyadh: The Quality of Life Program, through the National Portal for Hobbies (Hawi), has implemented the ‘Platforms Code’ launched by the Digital Government Authority (DGA). The initiative is designed to offer a unified and seamless user experience and ensure compliance with leading global and national standards for government websites, platforms, and digital applications, thereby helping raise user satisfaction and improve the Kingdom’s standing in international indicators.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the program is among the first government entities to adopt the Platforms Code in line with the latest global standards. The move supports the ongoing digital transformation across government institutions and enhances the quality of digital services, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The Platforms Code serves as a national reference for designing and developing government platform interfaces. It seeks to improve user experience and harmonize design across government platforms in the Kingdom to provide an integrated and accessible digital experience for all community groups.

The implementation of the Platforms Code by the Quality of Life Program was carried out in cooperation with Elm Company.
