ROSHN Group Unveils Major CSR Initiatives to Enhance Quality of Life Nationwide

Riyadh: ROSHN Group, the Kingdom’s leading multi-asset class real estate developer and a PIF company, has made significant strides in community development over the past year, demonstrating a robust commitment to social responsibility through various initiatives across the Kingdom.

According to Saudi Press Agency, ROSHN Group announced its participation in the national charitable campaign for the third year by donating SAR30 million to the national Ehsan platform. Additionally, it contributed SAR3 million to the Jood Regions 2 campaign, facilitating the provision of 20 homes, and initiated the renovation of the Kebar Association’s seniors care home in Riyadh.

Under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program ‘YUHYEEK,’ ROSHN Group distributed thousands of food baskets during Ramadan in Riyadh and Jeddah. Furthermore, the ‘Khayrat’ food preservation program helped save thousands of meals. The ‘ROSHN Orphans Initiative’ was also launched, providing Eid gifts to underserved and disabled children.

For a consecutive year, ROSHN Group partnered with the national charity association Keswat Farah to initiate a clothing donation campaign, targeting the collection of over one million items from the local community. In conjunction with this initiative, ROSHN Group is supplying 10,000 new clothing kits to underprivileged families, distributed through three uniquely designed shopping experience centers that ensure a respectful and private clothing selection process for beneficiaries.

Operating across five pillars-community development, environmental sustainability, education and innovation, arts and culture, and public health-ROSHN Group and hundreds of volunteers, including employees and community members, have collaborated with 34 entities over the past year in nine regions throughout the Kingdom. This collaboration resulted in ten volunteering initiatives aimed at serving the diverse needs of the Kingdom’s population, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

By implementing impactful initiatives focused on social development, sustainability, and volunteerism, the program contributes to creating a more interconnected and resilient society, ultimately enhancing the quality of life and supporting sustainable development across the Kingdom.
