Riyadh: Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority (GEA), Turki Alalshikh, launched the “City Hub” project, which is set to visit seven cities during 2025, staying for 14 days in each city.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the project aims to improve the quality of life for citizens and residents by geographically distributing entertainment activities across different regions of the Kingdom. The first stop will be in Jazan on January 23, followed by Al-Khobar, Buraydah, Hail, Al-Baha, Taif, and concluding in Tabuk in August.
The “City Hub” project will cover over 20,000 square meters in each city and will feature a mix of entertainment zones catering to all tastes and age groups. The initiative also includes a market and a variety of local and international restaurants, offering visitors a comprehensive experience that blends shopping with gourmet dining.
The project is anticipated to generate thousands of direct and indirect job opportunities while supporting investments in emerging areas. It is expected to be a significant addition to the Kingdom’s entertainment landscape and contribute to the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030.
