Housing Ministry starts distributing Busaiteen housing units
Manama, The Housing Ministry today started distributing the units of Busaiteen Housing Project to beneficiaries. The move follows the order of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, to distribute 5,000 housing units, within the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to meet the citizens' needs, and in line with the efforts of the government, led by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, to continue implementing its action plan.
The Housing Ministry Assistant Undersecretary for Housing Policies and Services Khalid Abdulrahman Al Hidan said the ministry started today distributing the units of Busaiteen housing project to the beneficiaries marking the third day of Eid Al Fitr. He added that the ministry had contacted the beneficiaries to report to the ministry on the third day of Eid Al Fitr to finalise procedures for their units. He pointed out the ministry's commitment to dedicating all its capabilities to carry out the order of HRH the Crown Prince to distribute all the housing units as scheduled by receiving the beneficiaries in successive organised batches until end of August.
Al Hidan pointed out that the distribution procedures took place smoothly and amid citizens' happiness. He also noted that the housing services directorate had presented a documentary on the main legal and technical guidelines defining the legal and financial provisions included in the contract and which have to be complied with.
The beneficiaries extended thanks and gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier for their care and follow-up on the housing services to provide decent housing for Bahraini families.
