Thousands Evacuated as New Wildfire Rages in North Los Angeles

North Los Angeles: A new wildfire broke out in North Los Angeles yesterday, forcing thousands of residents to evacuate their homes in an area that has recently seen other devastating fires. The fire spread rapidly near Castaic Lake and wiped out 1,400 hectares in less than two hours, fueled by strong, hot, dry winds.

According to Saudi Press Agency, about 31,000 people have been ordered to evacuate from the area around the lake, located about 56 kilometers north of Los Angeles.
