6.2-Magnitude Earthquake Hits Indonesia’s Banda Sea

Riyadh: A 6.2-magnitude earthquake struck the Banda Sea off Indonesia's Maluku Islands today: The Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics said the earthquake occurred at a depth of 143 kilometers and confirmed there is no threat of a tsunami.

According to Saudi Press Agency, no casualties or damage have been reported so far.
