951 Tons of Grapes Boost Agricultural Production in Al-Baha Region

Al-baha: During the grape harvest season, farms across Al-Baha Region are adorned with clusters of grapes in a variety of colors and types, as production reaches approximately 951 tons, cultivated across an estimated area of 35.59 hectares.

According to Saudi Press Agency, grape cultivation is a long-established agricultural activity in Al-Baha Region, benefiting from its diverse terrain, fertile soils, and temperate climate across many areas.

Grapes are among the Kingdom's promising economic crops, owing to the diversity of their cultivars and their potential for use in various processing industries, including juices, jams, and raisins.

Grape farms in Al-Baha form an integral part of the region's agricultural diversity, supporting farmers, driving agricultural activity, and strengthening the presence of locally produced goods in markets.
