A joint security force raided a store of alcoholic beverages in the Karrada area of the capital, Baghdad.

A statement by the Customs Authority stated: A joint force consisting of the Central Region Customs Investigations, the Anti-Organized Crime Directorate, the Federal Police force and the sector Intelligence raided a store of alcoholic beverages in the Karrada area of the capital, Baghdad, today, Sunday.

It explained that the seizure process resulted in the seizure of (4421) cartons of alcoholic beverages of various types, as legal measures were taken against them in accordance with the instructions and laws in force.
