Under the auspices of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the leadership of the Diyala Operations Sector of the Popular Mobilization, represented by Taleb Al-Mousawi, in the presence of Hadi Al-Amiri, the Minister of Interior Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, the head of the Sunni Endowment Office and the head of the Clan Affairs Committee in the Council of Ministers, was honored to sponsor a reconciliation to resolve the clan conflict between Al-Khilaniyya and Al-Bazol in Diyala Governorate .

The Popular Mobilization Commission stated in a statement, "The session opened with a recitation of the verses of the clear remembrance and the reading of the blessed Surat Al-Fatihah on the souls of the leaders of victory and the souls of the martyrs of Diyala and Iraq."

Al-Amiri stressed, during a speech he delivered, the importance of cohesion and unity among the people of this province."

For his part, the Minister of Interior said: We came today to resolve this conflict and to return life in these areas to normal.

The head of the Sunni Endowment Diwan stated, "We are with peace and we support societal reconciliation wherever it exists, for the sake of the unity of the people of these regions."

The attendees praised "the role of the Diyala Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization Forces and the operations commander, Taleb Al-Mousawi, in gathering the social fabric, preparing the areas for the return of their people, and stabilizing the security situation in them."
