Abha: The Abha Real Estate Investment Forum, organized today by the Abha Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Ministry of Investment and in strategic partnership with the Aseer Development Authority, featured a series of dialogue sessions and specialized workshops, bringing together leading experts and specialists in real estate development and investment.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the sessions examined the future of real estate investment in the Aseer Region, highlighting market transformations and emerging opportunities. Discussions also focused on key legislative and regulatory enablers that enhance sector efficiency and competitiveness, thereby strengthening the region's investment climate.

Participants showcased major real estate projects aimed at driving comprehensive development, expanding investment partnerships, and attracting local and foreign capital. The projects also support the Aseer Development Authority's objective of establishing Aseer as a leading investment and tourism destination in the Kingdom, in line with Vision 2030 goals.
