Abha: The Abha Franchising Expo 2025, organized by the Abha Chamber in partnership with Aseer Development Authority, concluded on Thursday. The three-day event attracted entrepreneurs and investors from across Saudi Arabia at Prince Sultan Cultural Center in Khamis Mushait.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the event’s closing day attracted strong participation and featured the signing of several memoranda of understanding and franchising agreements among national and international brands and local investors. These agreements reflect a growing confidence in the Aseer Region’s economy and its promising investment opportunities.

The expo showcased more than 30 brands across various sectors, including hospitality, tourism, retail, and technology services, highlighting the diversity of investment prospects in Aseer. Beyond marketing, the event emphasized knowledge sharing through panel discussions and sessions with experts and representatives of relevant entities, focusing on the support and facilitation provide

Specialized workshops covered topics such as brand valuation, the Kingdom’s commercial franchise regulations, and avenues to secure funding through supportive institutions. Free consultations were offered to help entrepreneurs launch projects based on sustainable business models. The workshops concluded with recommendations to sustain such economic gatherings and expand support for local brands in Aseer, enabling them to compete at both regional and global levels.
