The National Security Advisor, Qasim Al-Araji, met in his office today, Thursday, the President of the Higher University of National Defense in the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Ahmadi Moghaddam, and his accompanying delegation. The National Security Chencellry stated in a statement, "The meeting discussed the commencement of the implementation of the scientific and research memorandum of understanding between the National Security Chencellry in the Republic of Iraq and the Higher University of National Defense in the Islamic Republic of Iran." The statement added, "The meeting also witnessed an agreement to complete all requirements related to the exchange of experiences, studies and scientific cooperation between the university and the Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies.
