Riyadh: Al-Muftaha District in Abha hosted this evening a heritage workshop titled "The Heritage House" as part of the cultural programs accompanying Aseer Summer 2026, introducing visitors to Aseer Region's architectural heritage and traditional crafts through an interactive hands-on experience. According to Saudi Press Agency, the workshop drew visitors and heritage enthusiasts, highlighting the distinctive features of the traditional Aseer house, its construction techniques, decorative elements, and the crafts associated with historic homes. Participants also took part in practical activities that gave them the opportunity to practice a number of traditional crafts. Al-Muftaha District continues to offer a range of heritage and cultural workshops as part of its summer programs, providing visitors with enriching interactive experiences while showcasing Aseer Region's rich architectural and cultural heritage.
