Najran: The Najran Municipality will launch the second edition of the Najrani Al-Ruqsh Festival tomorrow at the Historic Emirate Palace in the Aba Al-Saud neighborhood. The five-day festival will feature live cooking shows, stalls for local products, traditional seating areas, heritage markets, and specialty coffee brands. It will also include traditional crafts, entertainment segments, and a children's theater.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Najran's Al-Ruqsh, a key traditional dish of the region, is celebrated as a staple on the Najrani table. The festival aims to revive famous dishes, connect new generations with the region's heritage, and support families working in the cottage industry and local chefs by providing dedicated spaces to prepare and present Al-Ruqsh in an atmosphere that reflects traditional Najrani life.
