Al-Wajh Skies Dazzle Stargazing and Night Photography Enthusiasts

Al-wajh: Al-Wajh Governorate in Tabuk Region is becoming a popular destination for stargazing and night photography enthusiasts. Visitors are drawn to remote locations far from city lights to experience captivating views of the galaxy under clear night skies.

According to Saudi Press Agency, desert sites located south of the governorate, particularly in the Al-Ardam area about 80 kilometers from Al-Wajh city, provide an ideal natural environment for observing the galaxy and stars. These sites offer a perfect blend of natural and celestial beauty, creating mesmerizing scenes for those interested in astronomy and photography.

The galaxy is most visible during the beginning and end of the Hijri month when moonlight is minimal. This timing provides optimal conditions for stargazing and observing celestial formations, allowing enthusiasts to enjoy the night sky away from the interference of city lights.
