Basra Rescue Police arrested an accused person in his possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Basra Police Command stated in a statement that: "Based on accurate security information, the rescue police detachments within the Qibla sector were able to arrest a drug dealer in his possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
