The Secretary-General emphasized the alarming nature of Iran's continued provocations and their potential to undermine peace and stability in the region.

In his statement, Aboul Gheit affirmed his unwavering solidarity with the targeted nations-Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan-and urged for immediate diplomatic efforts to resolve the crisis. The situation has now been ongoing for 100 days, and Aboul Gheit appealed to all relevant parties to work diligently towards a resolution to halt further escalation and restore stability.
