Riyadh: Speaker of the Arab Parliament Mohammed Al-Yamahi strongly condemned the criminal attacks launched by the terrorist Houthi militia against several cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a number of oil facilities, which resulted in dozens of civilians, including women and children, being injured. He stressed that the Kingdom's security is a red line and that any attempt to undermine its security constitutes a direct threat to the Arab national security system.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Al-Yamahi emphasized the Arab Parliament's full solidarity with the Kingdom and its support for the measures it takes to safeguard its security and stability, protect its citizens and residents, and preserve its resources.
He called on the international community, particularly the UN Security Council, to fulfill its legal and political responsibilities, take immediate and serious action to stop these blatant attacks that are fueling further tension and escalation in the region, and adopt a firm position toward any violations targeting the sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity of Arab countries.
