Bassil tackles cooperation prospects with Polish parliamentary delegation

President of the Free Patriotic Movement, caretaker Minister Gebran Bassil, received a delegation of deputies and economists from Poland, accompanied by MPs Roger Azar and Alexi Matossian, with talks touching on means to consolidate Lebanese-Polish relations, especially after the establishment of the Lebanese-Polish Friendship Committee.

The delegation also discussed with Bassil "the establishment of strategic cooperation," and "Lebanon potential role as a vital bridge for the Polish companies wishing to participate in the reconstruction of Syria, in addition to benefiting from the grants provided by the Polish state to return the Syrian refugees to their country by building housing units for them in Syria."
