Riyadh: The Biban application provides a unified digital platform that connects entrepreneurs, investors, and enabling organizations, making it easier to arrange meetings, schedule activities, and manage participation throughout the Biban Forum 2025.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the app blends on-site and digital engagement with smart tools to follow the agenda and build a personal schedule via the ‘My Agenda’ feature, including booking meetings with exhibitors and other participants.

As part of the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority’s (Monsha’at) digital transformation, this year’s edition introduces AI assistance, a real-time conversational guide that helps visitors explore speakers, sessions, and stage schedules.
