Riyadh:The General Directorate of Border Guard organized maritime shows and parades in various coastal areas to celebrate World Maritime Day 2026, an occasion recognized by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).

According to Saudi Press Agency, the events included displays and parades of marine vessels, showcasing their readiness and capabilities to perform security and maritime missions effectively.

The activities also aimed to promote awareness about the importance of adhering to maritime safety guidelines.
