Border Guard in Tabuk Foils Attempt to Smuggle 6,000 Narcotic Tablets

Tabuk: The Border Guard land patrols in Halat Ammar, Tabuk Region, have successfully foiled an attempt to smuggle 6,000 narcotic tablets. The contraband was intercepted, and legal action has been initiated with the narcotics being handed over to the pertinent authority for further investigation.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the security authorities have urged the public to remain vigilant and report any information regarding drug smuggling or sales. Residents in Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern regions are encouraged to call 911, while those in the rest of the Kingdom can reach out at 999. Reports can also be made to the General Directorate of Narcotics Control by calling 995 or via email at [email protected]. Authorities assure that all reports will be treated with strict confidentiality.
