Buraidah Water Tower A Landmark of Engineering and Tourism

Buraidah:The Buraidah Water Tower is a prominent architectural and tourist landmark in the Qassim Region, combining essential municipal infrastructure with urban appeal.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the tower is located on King Abdulaziz Road in the Al-Safra district, occupying a site of 50,000 square meters. Completed in 1985 after four years of construction, it has defined the skyline of the regional capital. The structure stands 66 meters tall and has a water storage capacity exceeding 8,400 cubic meters, serving as a key reservoir for the city's water network.

The tower features a distinctive spherical upper section with a diameter of 42.2 meters, supported by a central column. Its four-level structure includes operational pumping infrastructure on the lower floors, while the upper level houses reception halls and a panoramic observation deck. This deck offers visitors sweeping views of Buraidah, highlighting the city's modern engineering achievements.
