Medina: The guest care centers at the Prophet's Mosque continue to provide services to pilgrims and visitors around the clock through an integrated system strategically distributed across the courtyards of the mosque, aiming to enhance their experience and facilitate access to various services with ease and convenience.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the courtyards of the Prophet's Mosque include five care centers operating 24 hours a day to provide services and respond to visitors' inquiries in multiple languages, facilitating access to information and services from a single point.

Inquiries from pilgrims and visitors vary, including questions about the timings for visiting Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah, entry times for men and women, as well as information about the facilities and services available within the Prophet's Mosque and its courtyards.
