Jeddah: Consul General of the Republic of Chad in Jeddah Mohammed Salahuddin visited the 14th edition of the International Cultural Festival, organized by the Islamic University of Madinah as part of its ongoing activities.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during his tour, he visited the participating pavilions and their cultural and heritage displays, which reflect the diversity of civilizations. He also received briefings on the pavilion contents and accompanying activities highlighting the customs and traditions of the participating countries.

The consul general praised the rich cultural diversity and high level of organization, underscoring the importance of such events in promoting intercultural dialogue, building bridges of understanding among peoples, and reinforcing the values of coexistence and tolerance.

The festival features the participation of students from more than 90 countries, presenting diverse cultural experiences through their pavilions, in line with the Islamic University's mission to enhance communication among the world's cultures.
