Makkah: Minister of Commerce and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Business Center (SBC) Majid Al-Kassabi has inaugurated the center's new branch in Makkah Chamber. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Saudi Chambers and Makkah Chamber Abdullah Kamel attended the launch, along with heads of commercial chambers and business leaders from the region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, speaking at the opening, the minister emphasized that the Saudi business sector enjoys strong support from the Kingdom's leadership, which has made the empowerment of all economic sectors a national development priority. He noted efforts to streamline services and create a globally attractive business environment.
Al-Kassabi highlighted the competitive advantages of Makkah Region, making it one of the most attractive areas for the business community. He praised the support provided by Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz and his deputy, Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, for the initiatives of the trade and business sectors.
The SBC currently provides 6,000 government services through 20 branches in 15 cities across the Kingdom. Its digital business platform offers specialized high-value services, designed to enable investors and entrepreneurs to start, manage, and grow their businesses efficiently.
