Riyadh: The Cultural Development Fund (CDF) has entered into a strategic agreement with Fitch Learning, a globally recognized institution in professional development, by signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU). This collaboration aims to design and implement initiatives focused on enhancing leadership and specialized skills, alongside improving workforce preparedness to meet future demands.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the partnership will facilitate the creation and implementation of professional development programs that adhere to international best practices. These programs are intended to foster knowledge transfer, strengthen leadership and specialized skills, promote a culture of continuous learning, and enhance the readiness of human resources. Additionally, the collaboration is expected to boost CDF's operational efficiency and ensure its long-term sustainability.
