The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Transitional Council, President of the Republic of Chad, Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.

In his cable, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes of health and happiness to the president and further progress and prosperity to the government and people of the Republic of Chad.
