Riyadh: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent a cable of congratulations to President General To Lam on the occasion of his election and swearing-in as President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes for success to the Vietnamese president and further progress and prosperity for the friendly people of Vietnam.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques also praised the distinguished relations between the two friendly countries and peoples as well as the commitment to strengthening and developing them across all fields.
