Jeddah: Deputy Governor of Makkah Region and Vice Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz chaired a virtual meeting in Jeddah with representatives of relevant authorities to review the readiness of the Hajj system, including procedures, projects, and services. The meeting discussed the latest developments in the plans and preparations of these entities for the 1447H Hajj season.
According to Saudi Press Agency, at the outset, Prince Saud expressed his appreciation to all participating entities for their cooperation, underscoring the importance of integrated efforts and continuous coordination to achieve the directives and aspirations of the wise leadership. He emphasized the need to ensure that all necessary services and facilities are provided to pilgrims, enabling them to perform their rituals with ease, comfort, and reassurance.
The meeting also reviewed the latest readiness indicators and the outcomes of recent workshops aimed at enhancing early preparations for this year’s Hajj season.
